Infrastructure and Required Equipment

Separate Class Rooms for Theory Sessions

  • Well-furnished classrooms with Smartboard and multimedia Projector facilities
  • Sufficient area (22 feet by 25 feet)
  • Can accommodate 20-25 trainees at a time

Separate Welding labs for practical sessions

  • Well-equipped and proper ventilated training labs with fume extractor systems
  • Area of the training lab = 1992 Square Feet
  • 20 available individual booths, each booth having dimensions 6 foot by 6 foot
  • Each booth has partition walls, connected with adjustable fume extractor and proper lighting system

  • A mobile workbench table

Power Supply

  • 3-phase industrial grade power
  • Safe distribution with MCB/RCB protection
  • Proper earthling and circuit breakers for each machine
  • Backup generator

Fume and Fire Safety

  • Proper ventilation system with fume extraction system
  • Fire extinguishers (ABC Type) near each booths
  • Clear emergency exits and safety signage

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Facilities

  • Visual Testing (VT)

TRAINER AND ASSESSOR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Two well experienced and NSTB/AWS CWI certified Welding Trainers to manage training to each batch of 20 trainees
  • Separate in company Trainer to manage and supervise OJT

CURRICULUM AND TRAINING MODULES

  • International Welding Certification course are aligned with ECITB/AWS curriculum
  • Short term 161 hours' trainings are aligned with NAVT/FEB curriculum
  • Short term 420 hours and Professional Training Course (1696 hrs) are aligned with CTEVT curriculum and NSTB Certification

SEPARATE WORKSHOP FOR THE METAL WELDING AND FABRICATION PROJECTS

  • Well-equipped and dedicated workshop within the premises to lead the production unit
  • Area of the workshop= 44 Ft by 64 Ft = 2816 Square Ft
